Letters of Recommendation for the Class of 2017

If you need a letter of recommendation from your counselor for a college application or a scholarship, it is required that you fill out the Letter of Recommendation Form. It is strongly recommended that you submit the completed form to the Guidance Office before you go on summer break your senior year. The deadline for all counselor letter of recommendation requests is October 3rd, 2017. The letter of recommendation request form can be downloaded from the guidance department locker.

 

Once completed, email the packet to your counselor: Mr. McCain (A-K) at art_mccain@upland.k12.ca.us or Mr. Mason (L-Z) at anthony_mason@upland.k12.ca.us. Return the signed release to the Guidance Office. Both must be submitted on time for a letter to be written.
